What size corset should I order?
Corsets are designed to reduce your waist size by up to 3-4 Inches whilst wearing. Kitty’s Corsets come in even set sizes (22”, 24”, 26” etc). If ordering a set sized corset you must first determine your natural waist size. Then take 3-4 inches off and you have your corset size For example if your natural waist is 30” then your corset size is 26”, if your natural waist is 27”, then your corset size is 24”. If you want a greater waist reduction then it is advisable to get the corset custom sized.
How do I put on a corset?
Corsets are front fastening. Always loosen the laces before putting on a corset. To put on you simply wrap the corset around you like a belt, if it doesn’t fit at the front try loosening the laces. Once the corset is on, pull the center loops at the back. If the corset meets at the back then its probably too big. There should be a 2-3 inch gap at the back which will gradually in time be ‘broken in’ for a perfect fit.
Are Corsets comfortable?
All well made corsets that fit will be comfortable. Most people think they are uncomfortable due to previous experiences, a good fitting corset IS comfortable to wear. A new corset should always be worn a few times before pulling tight, like a new pairs of shoes it takes a few wears to be 'broken in'. When waring a corset you should only pull to what your comfortble with, in time you should comfortably be able to pull tighter. If the set sized corsets don’t feel right then its advisable to order custom sized.
Do you make bigger/smaller sizes?

Why order extra boning?
Inside the corset is spiral steel boning, some corsets are more heavily boned than others. Extra boning will give the corset extra support, people generally order extra boning for larger sizes, or for greater waist reduction.
Can a corset make me look slimmer?
A corset can make you look slimmer, they are designed to draw in your waist and flatten your tummy. They also enhance the bust and waist.
A corset is NOT a weight loss method, in time a corset will reduce your waist size but for information about slimming please contact your doctor.
How do I lace the corset?
The corset will come pre-laced and should never need to be undone. To put on a corset you wrap the front around you like a belt and pull the loops at the back middle. To remove simply loosen the laces and undo front.
What is a Modesty Panel?
A modesty panel is a panel of fabric at the back of the corset behind the lacings, to hide the skin. Each corset can be ordered with a modesty panel for an additional £10
How long will my order take?
Because all the corsets are handmade to order please give 1-4 weeks for busier periods. Some corsets may arrive earlier.

What material can I have?
Each set corset has details of the fabrics available for that particular style. The brocade fabric featured with corset KCD104 can only be ordered with this corset. This applies for all set sized corsets
For custom made corsets different fabrics can be selected depending on the design, email for details.
Can I wash my corset?
Inside the corset is spiral steel boning, so it is advisable to avoid contact with water as much as possible. To hand clean the corset get a damp cloth and dab over fabric. For best results, dry clean only
What happens if I want a refund or exchange?
A refund or exchange can be given within 21days of payment on set sized corsets and accessories and be in perfect condition.
No refunds or exchanges can be given for custom sized corsets.
